TONY FERNANDES’ PRINCIPLES (Metro TV Oct 27th 2012 with Desi Anwar)

He is a Malaysian and he used to be a musician. But his childhood dream, changed his profession. When he was 6 years old, he was dreaming about having an airline. Now, he is the owner of Air Asia. If you love football, then you must know QPR, a football club sponsored by Air Asia.

His first office was in KL, but now it’s in Jakarta. He founded his office in Jakarta because the growth of Indonesia’s GDP is promising. He loves beer and Blok M is his favorite place to drink. People firstly despised him when they knew that he changed his business from music to airline. But now, you can see that it became the biggest “low-cost” and “no-frills” airline with a big profit. He has a good principle of implementing a business. He makes the cost as low as possible to obtain a reasonable price for everyone.

“Now everyone can fly” is the tagline of Air Asia. It doesn’t lead his company to bankruptcy because with the cheap fare, he can intensify the sales of the ticket that he can make big profit. He said that the bigger the volume of sales, the cheaper price of the ticket people could buy, and  the more profit he would get.

And how can he do that? Apparently, he enhances the efficiency of the flight, such as the efficiency of the pilot, the simplification of the cuisine, the efficiency of the fuel, etc. He said that all Air Asia’s pilots had to consider the shortest way to the destination. To make a low fare, he also eliminated the French cuisine. Yes, he didn’t use a French chef, he just offered the passengers with a traditional food. He created only one class/type of the aircraft, that was economic class. He didn’t create business class or executive class, but only economic class to minimize the overhead expenses.

Talking about the employee, he prefers a young-enthusiastic employee. He prefers an employee who has a good commitment and good loyalty to employee with a high education. For him, education is number two. He has a good sense of problem-solving. He always tell the employees who have a problem, not to hide it. The employees have to tell their own problem and solve the problem straight away. Tony Fernandes doesn’t want his employees to be unhappy. Because for him, employees are the main key to reach success.

Last, Tony Fernandes hoped that he could build a business school in Jakarta. He also wished he could build a hospital which had a total service for the poor people. BEST PARTNER/GROUP EVER!

Hello guys, do you like to watch movies? Are you a moviefreak? If you are a moviefreak, then you must have favorite couple or partner of a movie. Some can even be iconic that we won't forget about them. I'm a moviefreak and I'd tell you some partners I always keep in mind.

1.C-3PO and R2-D2

People know Star Wars by recognizing them. They are so iconic, guys. Besides Darth Vader, Anakin, Luke, and Obi-Wan, C-3PO and R2-D2 are the most popular character in Star Wars series. They appear in all of the series and their relationship was build when they met each other in Star Wars episode I: The Phantom Menace, in little Anakin's house. C-3PO was created by little Anakin. Unlike C-3PO, R2-D2 can't speak but they can communicate each other. C-3PO is good at speaking in any languages and R2-D2 is good at engineering. They both always be together till the last episode of Star Wars.

2.Woody and Buzz Lightyear

Woody and Buzz were the most favorite toy of Andy. They met accidentally. Woody firstly hated Buzz for his awkwardness. Buzz didn't realize that he was just a toy and he acted as if he's a real astronaut. When the other toys started to love him, Woody wanted to get rid of him instead. When Woody realized that he made Buzz far from Andy's house, he was then hated by his own toy friends, he tried hard to get Buzz back to Andy's home. Woody and Buzz were trapped in Andy's neighbor, who is notorious of destroying toys. At last, Woody and Buzz kept together until Andy gave all of his toys to someone else.

3.Jay and Kay

Jay and Kay are inseparable. Even though Kay was out of the MIB membership, Jay would do anything to get Kay back to MIB (Kay flashed his eye to "neuralize" himself in MIB first episode. Then, Jay picked him up to be back to the team in MIB episode 2. Kay was killed by Boris the Animal in 1969 in episode 3. Boris killed Kay by time-traveling but Jay managed to bring him to life again by the same way). I think they are the most unique partner because of their twin costume.

4.Manfred, Diego, and Sid

These three different animals began their fantastic adventure after they had found an Indian baby. Manfred, a wise mammoth; Diego, a tough saber-tooth; and Sid a lazy and funny sloth had appeared in all Ice Age series. The story was begun when Ice Age hit the world. Manfred met Sid when he separated himself from a flock heading for a hotter place. Later, they found a baby. They returned the baby then, but Diego came up to stop them. Diego firstly wanted to eat the baby with his saber-tooth friends. In the end, he tried to keep the baby safe instead when his group attacked the baby. In Ice Age episode 2: the Meltdown, Manfred met a female mammoth named Ellie and finally they had a baby in Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs. Their adventure continued in Ice Age 4: Continental Drift. Manfred, Sid, and Diego met a group of pirates after they floated. There, Diego met a female sabre-tooth.

5.Shrek and Donkey

Shrek and Donkey met when a kingdom called Far Far Away evicted thousands of various fairytale characters. Shrek and Donkey were involved in searching for Princess Fiona. Princess Fiona was actually an ogre and finally Shrek married Fiona. In Shrek 2, Shrek and Donkey found a new friend named Puss in a Boots. In Shrek 2, Puss in Boots was actually ordered by the witch to kill Shrek because her son, Prince Charming, couldn't marry Princess Fiona. But finally, Puss in Boots became Shrek's friend. I think Shrek should thank Donkey and Puss in Boots because without them, Shrek couldn't live happily ever after.

6.Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater

McQueen,a racing car, lost in Radiator Springs while he had to race in Piston Cup. There, he met a new friend called Tow Mater, an old tow truck. Tow Mater and the residents of Radiator Springs helped him to get back to Piston Cup. One of the resident, Doc, who was the legend of Piston Cup, told a reporter that McQueen got lost in his city and finally a group of reporters came to the city straight away. At the end, McQueen failed to win the Piston Cup. But the story didn't end yet. The story continued in Cars 2: Word Grand Prix where Tow Mater accidentally became a spy. In this episode, McQueen's friendship was tested. I like the second episode very much, because McQueen and Tow Mater absolutely showed their true friendship.

7.Frodo Baggins and Samwise Gamgee

The Lord of the Rings was one of the best movie of all time. And the most important thing we have to consider is, the friendship between Frodo and Samwise.They kept trusting each other despite a lot of obstacles. They brought a very very difficult mission, that is bringing the ring to Mordor ro destroy. They were not alone. They had some friends helping them such as Merry and Pippin, Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, and Gandalf. I like the end of the epic story because it's worth the whole tense adventures.

8.Batman and Robin

Batman and Robin are a good partner in comic. But their appearance in a movie didn't get people's attraction. The movie was so bad. But finally, in Batman: The Dark Knight Rises, Batman and "future" Robin looked cooler. I love Batman with Christian Bale as an actor. It make Batman look more serious and if Joseph Gordon-Levitt become Robin in (maybe) another Batman's sequel, I look forward to watching him!

LET'S TRADE! LET'S BUILD OUR FUTURE! Forex Trading Tips (2)

Hello guys, let's continue our forex lesson. If you've been able to read the table and understand what "bid" and "offer" means, I'll give you some tips how to trade with pleasure. But, first of all, I'd like to introduce you the AGEA streamster's features first.

I've explained you how to read "forex tab" in previous post; bid, offer, change, high, and low. I hope you still remember them all. Now, just take a look at "funds", indexes", and "commodities" tab. They are the assets AGEA offers you. Funds are almost the same as Bonds. They are needed to enrich the asset of a company. But, in AGEA, I don't know anything about funds, I never give attention to it after all.

Index represents the most liquid securities. It means, index contains the selected securities which have stable price and high transaction volume in a stock exchange. Index describes a statistical measure of change in securities market. For example, Dow Jones Industrial Average is the oldest stock market index in USA that still runs. It currently consists of top 30 strongest companies in USA. The strength is measured by the transaction volume of their stock in a stock market. Now, look at this picture below:

I assume XUS 30 means the index shows us the 30 major companies in US while XUK 100 means it is the index of top 100 greatest companies in UK. I hope my explanation is correct.
Next, commodities. AGEA provides us  two commodities only, they are Gold and Silver. Everybody knows gold is a safe haven for the future. People usually make an investment in gold for the stability of its price. Well, there is one thing you need to know. Except forex trading, you need a special "desk" to trade them. Besides, you need to add more deposits because they are a little bit expensive.

Last, there is "alert" tab on the left of the screenshot. "Alert" gives you some notification if there will be an important news issued or something like a meeting about economy report. Alert's report is affecting significantly on currency rate change. So, just pay attention and make a good trading strategy. By the way, you have to keep getting in touch with some websites providing such report.
